There’s something prescient about Our Current Moment in this classic Peanuts strip where Lucy “gives up.”  Linus seems to be asking the right question.

One answer, in a sense, is the weekend.  And while it’s true that sometimes every day feels like Sunday, that hasn’t been the case this week.  April held on hard to the very last moment.  We had a grade check today, which meant getting this week’s test on the books as much as possible.  Beyond that, we’ve entered the stage of trying to end the school year as best as we possibly can while online.  But hopefully the weekend will give some respite, if not real rest.  But hopefully no actual giving up.
