Writing the Theme

A couple of comics this week are still in school mode. And they both have to do with writing assignments. In this classic Peanuts strip, Sally wisely changes her mind about what to write for a theme:

And then in a contemporary Frazz comic you’ve got the frustration some feel with subjective versus objective testing:

Today was the most packed Monday I’ve had in a long time. It was mostly good. Three meetings in the morning. Prep work in the afternoon. Time outside. A late viewing of this week’s Stargirl (which got quite dark really quickly). The next few days will continue to be packed from a meetings-perspective (which is why this entry, like so many lately, isn’t longer or as original as I would like).
