Just before SHIELD aired its series finale, Stargirl over at DC Universe and the CW aired its first season finale.  As a whole, the series was a great picture of how to build a past and a future at the same time: a strong sense of legacy ran through the show in ways that never distracted from the show’s momentum.  And there are still treasures to unearth as the series moves forward (still nothing done with the Thunderbolt or the Green Lantern).  Here’s how the show came to an end: a nice “family” shot and two teasers of villains to come.
