How in the world has it been 25 years since the final Calvin and Hobbes strip by Bill Watterson?  There’s been a lot of water under the bridge since, especially with newspapers and so many comic creators retiring.  I’ve gone from cutting strips our of the paper for making my own collection to saving and posting strip online.  It’s great that something 25 years old can still feel so fresh and hopeful.
