I think the best Peanuts strips are the wordy ones, and not just because it takes a little longer to process but also because you’re more likely to get a fun twist.  So today’s classic strip with Lucy and Linus fits the bill.  And you get that hopeful cynicism that so  many of Schulz’s characters are known for.
