Today’s Nancy strip by Olivia Jaimes is an interesting one based on the experience of buying groceries during a time of snow and ice.

It’s a fun gag that reiterates Nancy’s clever nature.  It’s also a picture of how she uses technology (in a way).  But it’s also a picture of “wasted” resources, or of reallocation of resources for a reason.  So save time and energy, but lose some of what you actually spent money on.

Obviously I’m totally over-thinking this one, but that’s okay.  It’s a reminder, in the end, that clever always comes at a cost.  You just might not realize it until you need that next pot of coffee.
