Sunday’s Best: Flying Off the Grid

Today’s classic Calvin and Hobbes is a great example of how Bill Watterson was (ultimately) able to break the constraints of the traditional Sunday comics for something much better than simple throw-away panels (as good as they could be).  The details and angles are amazing.

Calvin the FlyThe school year officially came to a close yesterday with graduation.  Later today, I’ll send one final round of emails and then set my “out of office” message on my school email account.  I also removed my keys from my keychain.  These are all simple nudges to help redirect my attention to other things for a while.  I’m looking forward to a different routine for a few weeks.
